Lunch-Time Fitness Break:

Group classes that will help you boost your energy level, tone muscles, and improve your overall health.

Fitness Break Classes are $5 per class and held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 noon - 12:30 pm.

L.I.F.E. Class | Low Impact Fitness Exercise

This is a low impact class that focuses on full body movements, increasing your heart rate, and improving your overall mobility.  
L.I.F.E. classes $3 per session and are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 am – 11:00 am.
